so with a new waterhousing comes new lenes. just got the canon 28mm f1.8. got it cause i needed those wide shots underwater and this was the right price for about $450. it had some decent reviews and so now i own it. i am pretty happy with it so far. here are a few from a session with mike.

How do you think it compares against the 35 1.4L? Might be a silly question but that 35 is about $700 more.

if you want to comment, please use the "comment anonymously" as the other option does not seem to be working right now, thanks!
i have never shot the 35mm 1.4. i would like focal lenght more for what i am doing, but it does not fit in my housing with out buying a new port ;-( but i think the 28 and 35 are far enough it would justify having both for different characteristics.

Cool! If you said you took these shots with a cardboard box strapped together with bubble gum I would believe you- cause your just that good! MacGuyver status!! Jay, you got a workshop coming up or what?
