Hey Everyone, went the 94.9 anniversary show last night with Black Joe Lewis and the Honeybears, Cage the Elephant and Jet.

My thoughts — Black Joe Lewis and the Honeybears killed it.  They got soul where there should be no soul.  Very nice.  Just supper smooth grooves with catchy horn stabs and soulful voice.
Cage the Elephant had some serious energy and is featured in the images below.
Jet was great, very polished, maybe too much after the Cage the Elephant craziness.

hey everyone – picked up some fun editorial work here in san diego and looking to make it as dynamic as possible, therefore I have some fun shoots that some of you might dig top be in.

if you are interested, just email me name of the shoot and a digital picture to be considered.  this is all editorial, low budget so no payment for you supermodels, payment with be some cool photos and that’s it.

spa - looking for a guy, girl or couple for a spa shoot in del mar, ca this friday 11-1, a combination of spa treatment, beauty shots, and luxury living lifestyle, must be comfortable be shot with little clothing and swim suit at points. 

snorkeling – la jolla cove, group of friends, couple or a guy or a girl – this friday, about 2-4.  must like to snorkle and have snorkeing stuff

wine tasting - a cute couple wine tasting in tememcula, wine is on me, i will drive and shoot, you must look photogenic and enjoy wine.  no date set

pool shoot - shoot for a super luxury hotel, looking for a guy or a girl, or a couple or friends that can play the part of supermodel, in trendy suits and oversized glasses looking hot and pampered, life is good…beats the hell out of the cubical so skip work and shoot! this THURSDAY – 3 – 6pm downtown san diego

running fitness shoot – date not set, fun shoot must like to run, must be a real athelte, no models trying to run

kids in a candy store – date not set, downtown san diego, cute kids enjoying a candy store

lets face it, lisa just kicks ass.  i did get my lisa share this weekend, 2 shoots with landmark, still not enough.  can’t believe my light stand was set up next to a $500,000.00 Rolls.  Pretty fun event.

shot a very fast session for travis parker salon in la jolla, ca.  there might be models from other salons in here as well, wish i had the credit for each hair stylist and makeup artist, but i dont.  i was too busy shooting!  this was back stage before a show and had very little room to shoot, would have loved to have had more space, but i take and use what i am given.  i did shoot some video of this shoot, which i am working on, but dont think it is broadcast ready

Hey Everyone – just having fun doing some different stuff, had this super fast like 15 minute fashion shoot.  Had the generator in the trunk of the bmw, just find an alley, and shoot for 10 mins, done.

hi all, a session with alec musser in oceanside ca.  shot on the roof of 1010 which was kinda fun.

It doesn’t take long to feel right at home in the Pacific town of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico.  The warmth of the sun reflects not only off the ocean and surrounding coastline, but also through the welcome extended by the residents of Puerto Vallarta.  A town with artists, restaurants, boutiques, and nightclubs, the welcome extends from sunrise to sunsets, wit probably one of the most fascinating sunsets I have seen.  While staying in one of the historic hotels in the middle of old town or relaxing on one of the many sandy beaches, I feel the need to capture these magical moments.  The photo traveler may capture the beauty, the excitement, the solitude, the relaxation available with just a early morning stroll through Puerto Vallarta, just as I did.
